Shipping Policy


BGPML ensure that delivery is fully insured. We would request all buyers for inspecting the package if in case there is any damage before receiving the product.

BGPML has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

BGPML understands that getting your items quickly is important to users(s)/buyers, so we make every effort to process the order quickly.
 
We are committed to delivering users(s)/buyers order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.


1. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If users(s)/buyer wish to ship products to different addresses, they shall need to place multiple orders.
 
2. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 15-20 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 25 working days, to ship the order as all the order is consider as “Made to Order”.
 
3. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
 
4. To ensure that users(s)/buyer order reaches them in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
 
5. While we shall strive to ship all items in users(s)/buyers order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics.
 
6. If users(s)/buyer believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 022-62137000, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
 
7. Users(s)/buyer may track the shipping status of your order on our website after login your account clicking at My Order status section.
 
8. Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
 
9. The User(s)/Buyers shall ensure that correct address to be mentioned at the time of purchase as BGPML shall deliver the product at the concerned address. BGPML shall not be liable for any loss if any wrong address is mentioned. Once the order is created, the users(s)/buyer are not allowed to change/modify the shipping address.
 
10. If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, courier Service Company will try to deliver the product for a maximum of 3 times. If users(s)/buyer are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to BGPML. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the users(s)/buyer will be chargeable to the users(s)/buyer.

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non delivery of such product and BGPML shall not be held liable for the same.
